Pancetta Arrotolata (round) is made using selected Australian pork middles. The belly is wrapped around the loin bringing two perfect pork cuts together the richness of belly and the leanness of loin. Carefully cured with salt and a mild blend of spices, air-dried and matured for up to 3 months.
